Product Description

Lowe Alpine describe this as:
Ultra-light technical jacket designed for fast moving alpinism
Built from GORE-TEX PACLITE fabric.
Helmet compatible Swivel-Sight hood with soft chin guard.
Watershed seamless shoulders.
High-Reach sleeves and articulated elbows for maximum mobility.
Water resistant pit zips.
2 Chest pockets with water-resistant zips.
2 way front zip with storm flap.
Adjustable elasticated easy-grab cuffs.
Drawcord at hem with single handed action.

Have now used mine for a year in Pyrenees, English Lakes and a wet Yorkshire Dales summer.

Survived full days of rain and snow in the pyrenees when the jacket took everything the weather could throw at it, and stayed completely dry, which amazed me for a lightweight jacket. Pit zips are a real plus in warm wet conditions and not found on many other lightweights. Found the reach excellent without the tendency of the whole jacket to lift.

Recommended.
