A simple design and a great pouch. Comes in many sizes, but I think the medium works well for most popular point and shoot cameras. Has a nice fleece lined interior as well as an interior pouch for batteries or an extra memory card. Works perfect for climbing and can be easily attached to a belt or harness with the velcro strap included. If this does not work, then you can use the shoulder straps. Simple, cheap, and great quality.
