Voted 5/5 | I enjoyed using this parka attached to the bottom of my backpack shoulder strap.
The heavy duty velcro strapping system allowed for some diversity in the placement of the parka.
It kept my hot tea hot all day in 15 to 30 degrees (F) with 30 mph winds.
