Voted 5/5 | So far its a great jacket. My decision was between the TNF Ama Dablam/Fountainhead and this jacket. It is intended mostly for ice climbing and alpine routes. I really appreciate the stretch panels in this jacket. The kevlar impregnated reinforcements are a nice touch as well. The cut is well engineered and does not interfere with a climbing harness nor does it restrict pocket access when wearing a pack. The arms are tailored very simlarly to the angel-wing style found on the Marmot products. Very well made shell and worth the money. | | Posted Dec 28, 2003 6:43 pm | | ubersoldat | review | |
Hasn't voted | One of the best jackets i have ever tried. It was described as " light armor" on one of the reviews i have read.
