Reviews | Wasatchvoyage | Fantastic SLR lens. | |
Voted 5/5 | Wanting to get the best of both worlds for focal lengths in one lens this one was it. The 18-200 range is about right for most practical conditions while on a peak or route with the exception of extreme wide angle shots. This lens apparently uses the same glass/lens coatings as found on the more expensive Canon "L" series, for a third the price. The image stabilization feature works well while not adding an incredible amount of weight to the lens like it's "ultrasonic" counterpart from Canon will. The lens captures much higher resolution photos much more clearly than those found with the "kit" scenario provided from many retailers out there. This one is worth the money, very well spent. | | Posted Mar 2, 2010 2:51 am |
