Product Description

The Metolius Rabbit Runner Spectra Sling includes sewn end loops that allow it to be used as an over-the-shoulder sling or a double-length sling on rock and ice climbs. Not only does this versatile runner provide plenty of protection options, it also reduces clutter compared to standard double slings. When worn over the shoulder, the Metolius Rabbit Runner can be un-clipped and freed from the tangle of gear without having to pull it over your head.

length runners can get entangled with your single length causing problems on tough leads. This product doubles as both (single and double) without that issue.

""You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know.""   --Rene Daumal
