Thick supportive core of open-cell foam is bonded between two layers of closed-cell foam. Soft, non-slip top and durable, high-density bottom. Unlike an air mattress, it does not require inflation and is not affected by punctures so it won't let you down.

Voted 5/5 | This is a great foam pad. Very comfortable, easy to use, easy to care for, and it cannot be popped. I was surprised at how warm it is. It works great up until about 0 degrees, then you should put another foam pad under it. I've used it in conjunction with a Mountain Hardware Highmountain 72 in 20 degrees below zero and slept very comfortably. Another nice thing about this pad is the exterior is stain & water resistant.
