Voted 5/5 | Initially picked this up for a summer sports harness to replace my "bootleg" ill-fitting MAMMUT Focus harness and now I use this all the time. Perfect fit, and sooooo easy to put on and take off via the slide-bloc buckles.
NOTE: The sizing is way off on the Baffin Harness. XS-M will fit all waists from minimun to 34/35 inches and M-XL is actually more like an XL/XXL and made for 36 inch waists and up.
I'm a 33 inch waist and ended up exchanging for the XS-M.
POSITIVES: Style, Function, Easy to put on/take off. Plenty of gear loops, light, Comfy (doesn't ride high), Fully adjustible.
NEGATIVES: Fit is way way way off. Good quality harness but not Lifetime status (compared to my Petzl Dyonisis which lasted 10+ years of hard use, the Baffin may give about 5-8 years of similar hard use). | | Posted Feb 26, 2008 9:19 am |
