Product Description

Whether you're doing another alpine approach or going winter backpacking, count on the Black Diamond Enduro CF Trekking Poles for excellent cold-weather performance. The carbon fiber material on the Enduro CF Trekking Poles reduces weight and won't freeze like aluminum. FlickLock adjustments make these Black Diamond poles easy to adjust while wearing gloves, and the extended foam handle provides insulation when you hang onto the shaft during traverses.

Binary is garbage, I have given it more than one chance regretfully. Never holds up to tough conditions. When you are ski mountaineering and your hands are freezing, the last thing you want to have to do is screw around with your poles. The Flicklock has always been bomber. I just now retired my first Flicklock BD's after 12 years of service. My wife and I have two quite expensive ski Binary set ups in the garage, "taped up"! These Enduros have two flicklocks, so they get real small and unless you are tall, you can get the compact version which gets down to 59cm which is nice if you are an alpine climber.
