Product Description

I just rented these tools so have little information on their extended use. If anyone else wishes to adopt this page so you can provide further information, just let me know and I'll transfer it to you!

From BD's website:

We’ve evolved this technical, all-terrain tool with a new hydroformed shaft to increase stiffness and reduce weight, while maintaining exceptional clearance. Hydroforming uses pressurized water to expand the Viper’s shaft into its uniquely stiff, yet lightweight shape. With superb balance, leashless capability and an optional integrated Android Leash, the Viper goes most anywhere. Comes equipped with our Viper Fang and Strike, to cradle your hands for precise gripping when going leashless. Laser Pick included. Patented.

    jfoxJust got these...

    Voted 4/5

will be swinging them tomorrow in Vail. I'll report on the performance then. But, they are a well built and sturdy tool. The weight is just about right for me and the handle fits my hands well.

Edit: Just used them today (12/29/07)in Vail, CO on Spiral Staircase and Frigid Inseminator....They worked great! I really liked the weight, balance and they placed with ease. I used them leashless all day so no comments on how they perform leashed.
