The crampon patch on the inside of the lower legs is useful for not ripping the pants, though not as resistant to rips as some other crampon patches on other Arcteryx pants (Alpha SV bib)
This is lightweight pant for the amount of protection it offers. Nice and stretchy, and with known athletic fit from Arcteryx.
