Product DescriptionThe new Vario 23 is a roomy, two-person tent combining both single and double-walled construction for added stability. Weighing less than two kg., the Vario is freestanding and easy to pitch even in the wildest weather. Thanks to the Spectrum lift technology, the Vario boasts significantly enhanced ventilation capacity, by permitting airflow at the top of the tent. Of course, a fully taped ultra light floor and a seam-sealed canopy keep the elements outside. (By The North Face)

Voted 4/5 | My dad has this tent and this is what he says about it. "For dry, summer conditions on the Appalachian Trail it was very easy to set up and take down. For its size it is very light weight. It is roomy when used by one person. The front vestibule allows for gear to be stashed outside the tent. The rear vestibule allows air to come under it and through the netting. It would have been better if the back side could have pulled back like the front side to allow for even more airflow. I experienced some condensation on the inside walls." | | Posted Aug 5, 2007 9:41 am |
