The Tern is a true winter bag, with an oversize collar, hood roll, head-to-toe differential cut and a side block baffle. Our unique compound draft tube functions like double draft tubes do, but nests tighter (using a convex and concave shape) to seal out drafts and reduce weight. Voted 5/5 | Excellent light weight bag. Packs really small which is a help in fitting all your gear in your pack. I have bived out in this bag often and have never suffered a leak. Mine is a Tern 2 with and extra bit of loft. The people at FF will add whatever amount of loft you wish. So you can improve your temperature rating easily. Zipper while of good quality can tend to stick on the baffles that run up the lenght of the bag, but I have had this issue with other bags.
