Voted 5/5 | This thing keeps drinks HOT. I have used while skiiing and hiking and have Never had to suffer a cold drink if I did not want to. | | Posted Nov 25, 2005 2:35 pm | | Erik Beeler | Untitled Review
Voted 5/5 | Works great. We boil water, put it in a Nalgene and put it in the OR Parka. Hours later we make soup with it! Realy works great even when the temps drop below 0F. Throw it in your bag and it works even better! Mine has been durable over the last three or four years. | | Posted Nov 29, 2005 12:39 pm | | Eric Holle | New vs. Old
Hasn't voted | I have a newer parka, but I think the older ones are more effienct for use in cold weather. The bottles are easier to get out, as well as zip in easier. I struggle with mine while getting my partners out easier from thier packs. | | Posted Feb 23, 2007 6:17 pm | | grunt | Simple, but genius
Voted 5/5 | I'm a big fan of the bottle parka. I believe mine is the older style. Works great in the cold, but, having lived in the desert for much of my adult life, I've used it more to keep drinks cold in warm weather. Nothing like a cold lemonade on a hot summit! | | Posted Apr 3, 2007 9:44 pm |
