The warmest down jacket I've used. There must be very high quality down in this jacket. Perhaps higher than the rating, as I've tried other jackets which had the same specifications, but never came close to this one in terms of warmth.
You can easily tell it's developped by mountaineers for mountaineers as the design is very functional without any silly or unnessesary details.
The outer material is Pertex and it stops the wind very well. It also have pretty good water repellent qualities. I like Pertex for another reason as well. It doesn't so much noise as many other similar materials.
The snow lock is placed in a good way. That is a detail many manufacturers miss on completely.
The inner pockets are large enough for quite substantial water bottles, which of course is a must on high altitude.
The hood construction is very good! It is made in a way that fits a helmet fine, but you can also adjust it well, so you can go without. Atached with zippers.
The baffling is well thought through, therefore the down stays fine in place.
Large out pockets in the right places.
The flaps at the side of your face is well constructed and put in the optimal position.
It packs small.
Negatives
The plastic "thing" that holds the drawcords are a bit too weak.
