I attached this board to my deck outside, and it has been really great. There is a big variety of holds, and you can get a really smoking workout in about 10 minutes if you go at it hard. Great for when you are cramped for time and want a quick burn.

Dan DaltonAn awesome board...

that is easy to hang anywhere. Lots of grip variety, and can even be turned upsidedown to make it more challenging. I use this board with my ice tools too to practice for drytool routes. Really well made,

Dan

This has made a great difference in my ability on real rock. Training regularly has been fun again. Even as easy as just walking through the house and hanging on the board for a few minutes. Of course finding an excuse to just hang around is what my wife calls it. Going through sequences of hangs and pulls is easy because of the size of the board. I expecially like the two finger pockets. I can't yet get the slopers but maybe soon.

Hung this in my bedroom over the bathroom door. I have yet to be able to complete the workout included but I'll get there eventually. Lots of different grip types and sizes.
