Voted 4/5 | I was looking for an Gamma SV style shell with a hood and found it at REI. I love this jacket as it is warmer than the Gamma MX from Arctryx but it does not fit as well for ice climbing. Range of motion is very good but the sleeves pull up a little bit more than the Gamma due to the fact that REI made to cuff a bit larger to accomodate pullling it over a glove.
Hood has been easy to use and fits over my Petzl helmet easy enough.
I would give it 5 stars if the fit was more athletic. | | Posted Nov 29, 2004 3:18 pm |
