The Rolls Royce of the outdoor/adventure hats!

A superb outdoor hat for every occation. "It floats, ties on (front and/or back), repels rain, blocks UV rays and won't shrink."

It is made of ten-ounce USA-treated cotton duck, best British brass hardware, hydrofilheadband for superb anti-sweat comfort.

Good solid hat. Protects from the sun and rain. Because of its construction you can stuff it anywhere. Chin strap keeps it one when the wind picks up. Washes easy.

Having said that, I now rarely use one. I find it takes up too much room in my pack and have gone over to layers of bandanas which weigh nothing. Plus I feel like a geek with it on. But that is a personal opinion. Looks good on bird watchers. Which is why I gave it to my Dad. (•:

I agree, it is ridicilously expensive for a hat, but this is not just a hat! This one really feels totally genuine and I really love this hat!

It offers good protection against sun, rain and wind and is the true adventure hat!
